Who I Work With
People usually reach out to me when life looks fine from the outside but feels heavier than it should on the inside. You're performing at work, handling your responsibilities, holding it together for everyone else. But reactions sit closer to the surface than they used to. Conversations replay. Sleep is off. Pressure builds with nowhere to go. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals and first responders who are used to being the steady one, which makes it harder to admit when something isn't working.
You don't need to be in crisis to start. Most clients waited a long time because things weren't "bad enough" yet.

Therapy with me is real, active, and human. It's not an hour of staring at a tissue box in silence. We do meaningful work, we talk about hard things, and we also laugh more than people often expect. Humor can be an important part of healing because it helps us breathe, connect, and remember that pain is not the whole story.
